What to bring to class?

Alongside bringing your lovely self, you're welcome to bring anything else that supports your practice.

We provide yoga mats and props at the studio, but if you would prefer to use your own, feel free to do so.

We recommend you bring water to stay hydrated throughout your practice.

Thats it, just come as you are and we will take care of the rest!

When to arrive?

We always recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before your class starts, this gives you time to settle in , slow down and fully relax before you begin your practice, bringing that hearty rate all the way down.

We have a waiting area as you enter the studio where you can hang up your coat, pop your shoes away and use the rest room before stepping on to your mat.

Of course, we know life can be busy, so if arriving early isn't always possible, just do what works for you.

More than 5 minutes late, then unfortunately we wont be able to let you join the class, as it can interupt and disrupt the other attendees, we look forward to seeing you at your next practice.
