Introducing you to Reformer Pilates at The Wellness Studio

Experience a smarter, more effective way to move with our Reformer Pilates Classes. Using the Reformer machine's spring resistance, every session is designed to improve strength, flexibility, posture, balance and core stability while remaining low impact and suitable for all fitness levels. 
Wether your completely nee to Pilates ot looking to take your practice further, our classes will leave you feeling stronger, more aligned and energised. 

At our studio, we believe quality coaching makes all the difference. That's why at The Wellness Studio our Reformer Pilates classes are intentionally kept small, with a maximum of just five participants per session. This intimate setting allows our instructors to provide personalised guideance, hands-pn support and individual exercise progressions, ensuring every client recieves the attention they deserve. 

Our welcoming environment is designed to help you build confidence, move safely, and achieve lasting results.
